About Tastebow

Why I started?

I noticed that for some people eating healthy and varied can be pretty overwhelming.

If you have a 9 to 5 job, perhaps some mommy and daddy duties on top of that, or even if you’re just living your best life and don’t want to waste time thinking about cooking.

That’s where we come in. What if we told you that you can enjoy healthy and affordable meals without all the hassle? We do all the thinking and prepping so you don’t have to.

Meet the chef

My name is Christopher Soliana, owner/chef of Tastebow and coach at RTM Lifestyle Gym. When I was young, I wasn’t a fan of veggies. I loved anything that was unhealthy, of course this had a negative effect on my body. When I got older I realised that this lifestyle was not sustainable and started figuring out how to make a change that I could stick to.
I found a combination of fitness and healthy meals that worked for me, and now I want to help others find that same balance; without having to give up on their favorite meals. My approach is to take meals that are usually considered “unhealthy” and give them a healthy twist without sacrificing that delicious taste.

For almost 10 years I’ve been busy trying to find the perfect balance between healthy eating and fitness, for a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. Get a taste.

Why Colorful?

Coming from a Harvard Study: “Colorful fruits and vegetables can paint a beautiful picture of health because they contain phytonutrients, compounds that give plants their rich colors as well as their distinctive tastes and aromas. Phytonutrients also strengthen a plant’s immune system. They protect the plant from threats in their natural environment such as disease and excessive sun.

When humans eat plant foods, phytonutrients protect us from chronic diseases. Phytonutrients have potent anti-cancer and anti-heart disease effects. And epidemiological research suggests that food patterns that include fruits and vegetables are associated with a reduced risk of many chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease, and may be protective against certain types of cancers.”
